Community Ticket Request

Due to the large number of donation requests, the following guidelines have been established to help facilitate the review process. The Center’s community support committee will review all submitted requests, but please understand that not all requests can be fulfilled. Priority will be given to the applications that meet the following criteria:

• Due to the Boldt Arts Alive! Series schedule, the Center will not be able to provide ticket donations for events scheduled April 1 – June 30. Ticket donations resume July 1.
• Requesting organizations that are legally incorporated as a nonprofit organization with IRS 501(c)(3) status or a unit of state, local or tribal government.
• Events that are open to and encourage public participation.
• Organizations or events located in the Fox Cities, greater Green Bay and Oshkosh areas that support education, arts, culture, youth and wellness initiatives.

• Requests must be made through the online application form and submitted at least four (4) weeks in advance of the event.
• Donations are subject to ticket availability and the Center’s performance schedule. Due to contractual obligations, the Center is unable to donate tickets to select performances, including Broadway performances. Shows, artists, dates and times are subject to change without notice.
• Approved ticket requests must be picked up in person at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center’s ticket office at 400 West College Avenue, Appleton, Wisconsin by the requesting organization before the event date.
• Organizations may be awarded tickets up to two times a year (fiscal year July 1 – June 30).

• Donations benefiting individuals
• Events held exclusively for employees/members
• Donations that will be used as door prizes
